Dental care delivery program
Essel Mining Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group) has handed a fully equipped custom designed dental van to Foundation for Innovations in Health for their CSR program. The program aims to provide quality dental services to the rural population of West Bengal through already existing digital primary care clinics of the foundation that deliver general and specialist healthcare services.
Cancer risk-assessment and screening program
Karkinos Healthcare and Foundation for Innovations in Health have collaborated to start cancer risk-assessment and screening surveys for rural underserved populations in West Bengal. The work has started through 16 of the 43 existing digital primary care clinics and will be delivered by a team of trained and certified community health workers. The program will eventually expand across other digital health clinics in West Bengal.
Training program at CRTDH lab at IIT Kharagpur
A one-day training program was conducted at Common Research and Technology Development Hub (CRTDH) lab at IIT Kharagpur on 28th september. 8 Health Assistants from two digital health clinics located at Binpur (Jhargram) and Sabang (Paschim Midnapore), successfully received training for the following –

Usage of a non-invasive spectrophotometric device for detection of surface cancer;

Capillary blood draw and usage of strips/cuvettes for haemoglobin/blood sugar tests
CSR Program of Mahanagar Gas Limited
FIH received a mandate from Mahanagar Gas Limited, Maharashtra on 12th December, 2022 for Healthcare Training and Skill Development among 180 rural female youth of Raigad, Maharashtra, over a period of three (3) years.
CSR mandate from Western Coalfields Limited
Western Coalfields Ltd” (WCL), Nagpur awarded CSR mandate to FIH on 8th July 2023. Through this grant, 60 disadvantaged youth will be trained and certified as health workers, thus lifting those families out of poverty.
